Do you deal with building management and landlords?
We do. We supply the documentation, arrange inductions, book access and keep the building manager informed so approvals do not hold the program up.
How long does a commercial renovation take?
A cosmetic refresh can be two to three weeks. A full tenancy refit is usually four to twelve weeks depending on the area, the services involved and how much of the work can be done during the day.
