How long does a shopfit take?
A small specialty tenancy can be delivered in three to four weeks. Larger stores and food tenancies with compliant kitchens usually run six to ten weeks depending on services and approvals.
Do you work from a designer drawing pack?
Yes. Send us the drawing pack and the centre design guidelines and we will price the build against them. If you do not have drawings we can plan the layout with you first.
Can you work in shopping centres after hours?
Yes. Most centre tenancies we build are constructed overnight or outside trading hours, and we allow for that in the program and the price rather than discovering it later.
Do you handle make good at the end of a retail lease?
We do. We price reinstatement works against the actual lease schedule and centre requirements, and can carry them out over a short handover window.
